JoHannah Harrington is the Founder and Principal of Petrichor Strategy Holdings, where she serves as a Fractional General Counsel and strategic advisor to technology companies, private equity-backed businesses, founders, investors, and executive leadership teams.
For more than twenty years, she has advised organizations navigating periods of rapid growth, operational complexity, and organizational transformation. Her experience spans legal leadership, corporate strategy, governance, compliance, commercial negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and executive decision-making.
Prior to founding Petrichor Strategy Holdings, JoHannah served as Chief Legal Officer of a global technology company, leading legal and compliance functions during significant international expansion across more than 160 countries. Earlier in her career, she co-founded an impact investment fund focused on Series A investments in healthcare, housing, and environmental innovation, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges founders, operators, and investors face as businesses grow.
Today, she works as a trusted advisor to executive teams and boards, helping organizations align legal strategy with business objectives while building practical, scalable solutions that support sustainable growth.
